Returns & Refunds — The Pure Note

Fragrance is a personal care product. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products, and all sales are final once an order is delivered in good condition.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right with a free replacement (or a refund where a replacement isn't possible). Write to hello@thepurenote.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the outer packaging and product, and (if available) an unboxing video. Approved replacements ship within 5–7 business days at no cost to you.

Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed by emailing hello@thepurenote.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Cash-on-delivery refunds are issued via bank transfer after we receive your account details.
