We currently ship across India. Orders are dispatched within [24–48] hours of confirmation (orders placed on Sundays/public holidays are dispatched the next working day). You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time: 5–7 business days for most pincodes; remote locations may take 2–3 days longer.
Shipping charges: ₹[149] standard; free shipping on orders above ₹[1599].

Fragrances contain alcohol and ship via ground/surface-approved courier networks, which can occasionally add transit time. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, write to hello@thepurenote.com with your order number, and we'll follow up.
